The installed capacity is 90 MT per month achieved with two multilayer and a monolayer blown film extruders.
We have added a three layer blown film extruder with an additional capacity of 90 MT per month.
Since 2013 the company has started producing VCI films using VCI master batch supplied by M/s. Safepack of Pune.

VCI PE films produced using master batch from Safepack Industries Ltd., Pune can pack products ranging from metal coils, sheets, pipes, tubes to automotive parts like engines, transmissions, pumps, gear boxes, pistons, crankshafts, connecting rods to engineering products like castings, forgings, bearings to electrical and electronic components such as PCBs, relays, panels, etc.
